"I thought everything was going to be ok when my son was born. I had a huge surprise when Dane was brought into this world. He had a heart disease and open heart surgery at 9 days old. I ended up staying at The Children's Hospital in Denver for 4 months. There was no way I could work. I needed to be with my baby.
With help from Sgt. D's, I did not have to worry about anything except my son and for that I am grateful. They raised enough money for my family that we didn't have to lose our car or apartment. There are no words I can say to explain how much that helped us to be there 100% for Dane. Thank you Sgt. D's!"

The first annual Golden Pin Bowl-A-Thon was a huge success! With the help of all of our supporters and volunteers, we were able to raise over $1,200 for local families in need! Events this night included raffles, auctions, and of course all the bowling one could handle (but all in fun… this wasn’t a competition after all).
A special thanks to The Clique for providing a great bowling environment and Jet’s Pizza for providing us with delicious food. And thank you everyone else that helped make this night not only a success, but a great time!
